Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking an Information Security Senior Analyst in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You will configure ZIA/ZPA/ZCC, implement SSL inspection, PAC file management, and GRE/IPsec tunnels to secure cloud services and enable Zero Trust access.

You'll troubleshoot access and authentication issues, monitor incidents, and collaborate with SOC, Network, and Endpoint teams. Prior experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, and SIEM integrations is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 - 8+ years of Network Security experience.
• Experience with ZIA and/or ZPA in enterprise environments.
• Experience in enterprise cloud security environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage ZIA to enforce secure access and visibility.
• Implement URL filtering, SSL inspection, sandboxing, and cloud firewall policies.
• Troubleshoot internet access and traffic forwarding issues.
• Manage PAC files, GRE/IPsec tunnels, and forwarding profiles.
• Deploy and manage ZPA for remote access.
• Configure App Connectors, Service Edges, and Application Segments.
• Support Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) initiatives.
• Monitor security incidents and analyze logs.
• Investigate threats, policy violations, and anomalous activities.
• Work with SOC, Network, and Endpoint teams during incident response.
• Integrate Zscaler with Azure AD/Entra ID and Okta and Active Directory.
• Integrate Zscaler with SIEM platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar).
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or APIs.
