Job summary

Priority IDC Private Limited in India seeks an entry-level MFT Operations Associate to support monitoring and incidents in file transfer workflows. You will work under guidance to ensure uptime and smooth data transfers, onboarding partners, and updating configurations.

Strong interest in cloud tech (AWS) and scripting is expected, with attention to security and SOP documentation. This role offers learning opportunities and exposure to cross-functional teams within the MFT domain.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor MFT platform performance and uptime under guidance.
• Assist in day-to-day file transfer operations and incident resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers with documented findings.
• Onboard new file transfer partners and update configurations.
• Create and maintain documentation for workflows and troubleshooting guides.
• Follow security and compliance standards for handling sensitive information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes under supervision.
• Maintain logs and audit records for operational activities.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions.

Job Description:

• 0.5 – 1.5 years of experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT) administration, operations, or related IT field
• Understanding of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS/SSH)
• Exposure to MFT platforms and file transfer tools
• Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Apache NiFi for building, monitoring, and troubleshooting data flows
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems
• Interest in cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow documented procedures and work within established guidelines
• Eagerness to learn, adapt to new tools, and grow technical skills

Requirements
