Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales growth across the West Zone to achieve business targets and organizational goals.
• Develop and implement zonal business strategies to maximize market share, revenue, and profitability.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Regional Managers and sales teams to enhance leadership capabilities, productivity, and performance.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, super stockists, and key accounts to ensure effective market coverage and business expansion.
• Monitor primary and secondary sales performance, inventory levels, collections, and overall business health across the zone.
• Identify market opportunities, assess competitor activities, and implement growth initiatives to drive sustainable business expansion.
• Ensure effective execution of sales, marketing, product launch, and trade promotion initiatives across all regions within the zone.
• Conduct regular business reviews, performance evaluations, and market visits to drive operational excellence and improve sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial functions, to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare zonal sales forecasts, business reports, trackers, and strategic recommendations for management review.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards across the zone.
