Embark is seeking a Zoho Technical Trainee to join our HR Technology team in Bengaluru. You will gain hands-on exposure to Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Creator and Zoho integrations, supporting automation, configuration, troubleshooting and implementation for internal and client environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of Zoho People, Recruit and Payroll.
• Translate business requirements into Zoho workflows and system configurations.
• Build and maintain workflows, forms, approvals, notifications and automation.
• Learn Deluge scripts for custom functions and process automation.
• Support API-based integrations between Zoho applications and third‑party systems.
• Assist in employee lifecycle automation including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, attendance, leave, payroll and exit processes.
• Support data migration, data validation and system testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide first‑level support to users.
