Job summary

Think Technology Services in Mumbai seeks a Zoho Solutions & Automation Consultant to implement and optimize Zoho across the customer cloud stack. You will demonstrate products, train users, and help clients adopt Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, and Zoho One.

Ideal candidates have a IT/CS degree and 2–5 years in technical support and cloud implementations, plus strong troubleshooting and API integrations, with excellent English communication for international clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Technical Support & Zoho and Cloud Implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho One / Zoho Projects / Zoho Desk.
• Ability to provide product demos and user training.
• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and system analysis skills.
• Experience with workflows, automations, and Zoho customizations.
• Good understanding of integrations, APIs, and user access management.
• Excellent English communication and client-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and integrations across Zoho and other Cloud applications.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution across Zoho & other Cloud applications.
• Configure, customize, and manage Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM & Zoho One and other Cloud Solutions.
• Conduct product demos for clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot user issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide quick resolutions.
• Assist in workflow automations, blueprints, and integrations.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, fixes, and processes.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead Customer onboarding, training, and adoption of Zoho and other Cloud Tools.
