The role focuses on leading design, integration, and deployment of Zoho modules, ensuring security, compliance, and performance while mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Zoho One certification (e.g., Zoho Creator Developer) preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Zoho One implementation experience.
• Expert knowledge of Zoho One modules: CRM, Books, Creator, Flow, Analytics, Projects, Inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Zoho One solutions.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define robust architectures.
• Create system blueprints, data models, workflows, and integration strategies.
• Customize Zoho One apps to support scalable, secure, compliant processes.
• Develop integrations between Zoho One and external systems using Zoho Flow and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior teams.
• Execute testing, UAT, and post-deployment support.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, technical specs, and user guides.
• Stay updated with Zoho One updates and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and budget.

• - Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specs, and user guides.
• - Stay current with Zoho One updates, emerging features, and industry best practices to enhance solution quality.
• - Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and under budget.

Requirements

Requirements:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Zoho One certification (e.g., Zoho Creator Developer, Zoho One Architect) is highly preferred.
• - 3–5 years of hands‑on experience implementing Zoho One solutions in consulting or enterprise settings.
• - Expert-level knowledge of Zoho One ecosystem: CRM, Books, Creator, Flow, Analytics, Projects, Inventory, and more.
• - Demonstrated experience building complex workflows, custom modules, and integrations using Zoho’s development tools.
• - Strong grasp of business process modeling, data architecture, and system integration principles.
• - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• - Proficiency in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data mapping for seamless system interoperability.
• - Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• - Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
