Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Zoho One Suite (CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, etc.).
• Create and manage workflows, automation, blueprints, and business rules.
• Configure and maintain Zoho connectors, integrations, and API-based tools.
• Manage user roles, profiles, data security, and system permissions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for leadership.
• Integrate Zoho with third-party applications and internal systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Zoho-related issues across modules.
• Train employees on Zoho tools, features, and best practices.
• Support data migration, backups, and system hygiene.

Essential Qualifications
