Job summary

AGRIM is seeking a Zoho Platform developer to build and customize CRM, Projects, and other business apps on the Zoho stack. The role requires hands-on experience in designing, developing, and integrating Zoho Creator apps and dashboards.

You will translate business needs into Zoho solutions, coordinate with Zoho support, and document progress. This is an office-based role in Sector-66, Gurugram; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Zoho tools (CRM, Projects, Creator, Books, Recruit, Desk, Analytics).
• Hands-on designing, developing and integrating Zoho Creator apps.
• Experience in generating reports and building dashboards.
• Ability to connect to outside applications via APIs and integrate with staff operations.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain custom CRM, projects and other business apps on Zoho Platform by the developer team.
• Create ready-to-deploy cloud applications on top of the Zoho Platform.
• Be aware of Zoho integrations and their extents.
• Develop workarounds and alternate solutions when Zoho limitations appear.
• Translate business concepts into Zoho interface through customizations or back end coding.
• Coordinate with Zoho support and resolve issues with alternative solutions.
• Track team work and maintain project documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, maintain custom CRM, Projects and Other Business App on Zoho Platform by the developer team.
  
• Create ready to deploy cloud applications on the top of the Zoho Platform.
  
• Be reasonably aware of the various integrations possible with Zoho platform and the nature and the extent of the same.
  
• Develop workarounds within the system so that in the case of system limitations, one can suggest alternate ways.
  
• Ability to translate business concepts into Zoho system interface and meet the requirements through customizations or back end coding.
  
• Coordinate with the Zoho support team and effectively resolve issues that require attention or come up with alternate solutions.
  
• Tracks individual/team work on a daily basis and keeps a record of all the documentation pertaining to a project.
  

Requirements

• Must have knowledge of Zoho Tools such as Zoho CRM. Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics.
  
• Must be familiar with current Zoho apps features and functionalities.
  
• Must have hand-on experience in designing, developing and integrating applications with Zoho Creator.
  
• Must have experience generating reports and building dashboards.
  
• Must have knowledge of programming experience with knowledge of complex business applications, including interfacing with staff responsible for day-to-day operations of systems.
  
• Experience in creating and testing application development, using HTML, Java and Deluge.
  
• Must have ability to connect to outside applications via APIs - Excellent English verbal communication and written communication.
  
• Extensive knowledge in ZOHO CRM.
  
• Must have experience in design and development of CRM related Applications.
  

NOTE : This role is entirely work from office, 6-days (Mon-Sat) in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana.
