You will develop, customize, and automate workflows that enhance business processes across departments.

Role requires designing, integrating, and maintaining Zoho-based solutions, including Deluge scripting and API integrations to support cross-functional teams and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho One apps.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and building automated workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Understanding of Zoho data models and CRM logic.

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail- oriented Zoho Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands- on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho One applications. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and automating workflows that improve business processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Zoho Creator and other Zoho tools.

Customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and related Zoho apps based on internal requirements.

Create and manage complex workflows, custom functions ( Deluge scripting), and integrations via APIs.

Develop reports, dashboards , and automation for business insights and efficiency.

Integrate Zoho applications with third- party systems where required.

Troubleshoot issues and provide timely support to internal teams.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.

Preferred Skills ( Good to Have)

Experience with third- party integrations ( e. g., payment gateways, SMS, email platforms).

Understanding of ERP systems.

Requirements

Proven experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and other Zoho One apps.

Proficiency in Deluge ( Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment) scripting.

Experience with REST APIs and webhooks.

Familiarity with workflows, custom modules, automation, and functions in Zoho.

Good understanding of business processes and CRM logic.

Strong problem- solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
