Job summary

Criton Technology And Automation seeks a Zoho-focused implementation expert to customize and integrate Zoho ERP modules for diverse clients. You will work on CRM, accounting and project management workflows, ensuring seamless configurations and data migrations.

The role requires hands-on Zoho experience, strong client communication, and the ability to demonstrate solutions while delivering training and support across multiple client locations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Zoho implementation, development or customization experience.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho products is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Books, Projects, Analytics, and Creator.
• Experience scripting, custom functions, workflows, and Blueprint automation.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of CRM, ERP, and business processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Ability to demonstrate products and gather business requirements.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Zoho and other ERP applications based on client requirements.
• Work with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho products
• Develop custom functions and implement workflows, Blueprint automation, approval processes
• Develop reports, dashboards, and business analytics solutions.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON
• Work on CRM, ERP, accounting, sales, inventory, project management, and business process automation requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, gather client requirements, and provide implementation training and support.
• Assist with data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Zoho application implementation, development, or customization.
• Hands-on experience with actual Zoho products is mandatory. Candidates must have practical experience working with Zoho applications, not just theoretical knowledge or training.
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho applications.
• Practical experience with Scripting, custom functions, workflows, and Blueprint automation.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of CRM, ERP, and other business processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills are mandatory.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations, gather business requirements, and explain technical solutions confidently.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and meet project deadlines.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience with other ERP platforms such as Odoo, ERPNext,Bitrix24 etc.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API and third-party application integrations.
• Exposure to AI-based solutions and business process automation.
• Must be willing to learn new products, technologies, tools, and platforms based on business requirements and project needs.
