• Experience with API integrations and data migration between Zoho and external platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
• Certification in Zoho CRM or Zoho One (a plus).
