Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience across logistics tech, supply chain platforms, fulfillment systems, last-mile delivery ecosystems, mobility platforms (ride-hailing/transit), or travel & tourism tech (OTAs, booking systems, experiences marketplaces).
• Master's degree preferred; BE / BTech / MCA / MBA or equivalent; relevant certification preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of OpenAPIs and data interchange formats (JSON/XML/YAML) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the E2E product roadmap and execution across logistics, mobility, and travel modules.
• Drive operational stability (BAU) across order and trip lifecycles, delivery visibility, SLA adherence, and partner integrations.
• Translate complex network problems into PRDs, API documentation, and scalable tech requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, data, and external partners to deliver national-scale deployments.
• Track adoption, conversion, retention, and completion rates to improve metrics.

Tech Product Manager - Logistics / Travel & Tourism

Role Overview

This role will own end-to-end product execution across logistics, mobility, travel, and tourism initiatives, spanning fulfillment systems, delivery optimization, ride-hailing, transit ticketing flows, travel / experiences discovery and booking journeys, partner integrations, and network scale operational programs. The PM will drive network scalability and API-led integrations spanning buyers, sellers, and ecosystem partners across these domains, while also anchoring technical implementation for high-impact, organization-wide programs.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Execution

• Own the E2E product roadmap and execution across logistics, mobility (ride-hailing, transit ticketing), and travel & tourism (experiences, bookings) modules
• Drive operational stability (BAU) across order and trip lifecycles, shipment and ride visibility, SLA adherence, and partner integrations
• Translate complex logistics, mobility, and travel network problems into structured PRDs, API documentation, and scalable tech requirements
• Work closely with engineering, operations, data, and external partners — logistics providers, mobility operators, transit authorities, and travel/tourism sellers — to deliver national-scale deployments
• Track and improve success metrics such as adoption, conversion, retention, order success rates, and trip/booking completion rates

Implementation & Delivery Ownership

• Own the end-to-end technical implementation activities for high-impact programs within the ONDC ecosystem
• Define processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for implementing utilities, protocols, and products
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for business, operations, and external stakeholders and network participants regarding organization-wide technical initiatives

Stakeholder Coordination & Strategic Initiatives

• Coordinate across multiple vendor teams, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional units to ensure timely delivery within resource constraints
• Lead organization-wide strategic initiatives that cut across verticals, such as registry upgrades, certification frameworks, and network observability
• Utilize storyboarding to explain complex technical concepts and strategic roadmaps to key stakeholders

Experience Required

5-7 years of experience across logistics tech, supply chain platforms, fulfillment systems, last-mile delivery ecosystems, mobility platforms (ride-hailing/transit), or travel & tourism tech (OTAs, booking systems, experiences marketplaces)

Core Skills

• Education: Master's degree preferred; minimum qualification of BE / BTech / MCA / MBA or equivalent. Relevant certification will be preferred
• Technical Literacy: Good understanding of OpenAPIs; hands-on knowledge of JSON, XML, or YAML is a significant plus.
• Strong product thinking with domain understanding across logistics, mobility, and/or travel & tourism
• Comfortable understanding and explaining APIs and API structures
• Data-driven decision-making with structured execution and measurable operational impact
• Comfort managing multi-stakeholder, high-value programs in high-scale, cross-functional network ecosystems
