Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
QuadLabs Technologies builds travel technology for airlines, TMCs and corporates, and we are hiring a Product Manager who has built travel products, not just operated them. You will own a product area end to end—from discovery to PRDs, roadmap, delivery with engineering, and adoption with client teams.
You will work directly with airline and TMC clients, so you must talk GDS, NDC, fares and policy with confidence from day one.
QuadLabs Technologies builds travel technology for airlines, TMCs and corporates booking engines, B2B/B2E corporate travel platforms, and AI-native Travel & Expense products. We are hiring a Product Manager who has already built travel products, not someone who has operated them.
You will own a product area end to end: discovery, PRDs, roadmap, delivery with engineering, and adoption with client teams. You will work directly with airline and TMC clients, so you must be able to talk GDS, NDC, fares and policy with confidence from day one.
This role is open only to product managers whose PM experience comes from one of three backgrounds:
The experience must be in a product management role (owning roadmap, writing PRDs, shipping with engineering). Travel operations, ticketing, fulfilment, reservations, customer support, or account management experience does not count toward the 3 years, even at the companies above.
1. Own the roadmap for a product area (e.g. air booking, hotel, corporate policy & approvals, expense, payments) and tie it to client and revenue outcomes.
2. Run discovery with airline, TMC and corporate stakeholders; turn it into clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
3. Design booking and servicing flows: search, pricing, fare rules, ancillaries, seat/meal, PNR creation, ticketing, exchanges, refunds and cancellations.
4. Define integration requirements for GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport), NDC airline APIs, LCC connectors, hotel aggregators and payment gateways.
5. Build corporate travel features: travel policy, approval workflows, budgets, cost centres, duty of care, reporting and HRMS/ERP integrations.
6. Work daily with engineering, design and QA through sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT and release.
7. Set and track product KPIs — search-to-book conversion, look-to-book ratio, online adoption, booking failure rate, NPS.
8. Support pre-sales and client delivery with demos, solution documents and scope sign-offs.
9. Track the market — NDC adoption, competitor OTAs and TMC platforms, AI in travel — and bring it into the roadmap.
