Ethics Infotech is seeking a senior Product Manager to define the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for B2C, B2B, and Corporate Travel platforms. You will align product goals with revenue, margins, and scalability while coordinating with UI/UX, marketing, and engineering to enhance conversion, speed, and user experience.

The role requires 8–10 years in product management within OTA/travel tech, with strong API integration expertise and stakeholder leadership.

• Prioritize features based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility

Role & Responsibilities

• Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • MBA / PGDM in Product Management, Technology, Business, or Travel Management is an added advantage.
• Professional Experience
  • 8-10 years of overall experience, with at least 5-8 years in Product Management / Product Ownership.
  • Mandatory experience in Online Travel, OTA, Travel Technology, TMC, Airline, Hotel, Hospitality, or Travel Marketplace.
  • Proven experience owning products from requirement discovery → product definition → development -UAT -launch - post-production enhancement.
  • Experience managing B2C, B2B, B2B2C and/or Corporate Travel platforms is preferred.
• Travel Technology & Domain Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of OTA architecture and online booking ecosystems.
  • Hands-on understanding of travel booking flows across:
  • Flights
  • Hotels
  • Holidays / Packages
  • Activities / Experiences
  • Transfers / Transport
  • Bus / Rail, where applicable
  • Good understanding of GDS, NDC, airline APIs, hotel APIs, aggregators and supplier connectivity.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport/Galileo, TBO, Hotelbeds or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Understanding of PNR, ticketing, fare rules, cancellations, refunds, amendments, reissues, ancillaries and supplier reconciliation for flight products.
