Tweak India is seeking a YouTube Channel Manager to lead the growth and day-to-day management of our video content. You'll work closely with our video editor and content team to turn ideas into consistently high-performing videos.

You'll drive audience growth, optimize metadata, thumbnails, and playlists, and align YouTube content with the broader content calendar. This role requires 3 years' YouTube channel management experience in a fast-paced editorial setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing a YouTube channel or video-focused content for a publisher or creator.
• Proven experience working with video editors.
• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO and growth levers.
• Sharp eye for what makes a video watchable.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, editorially-driven environment.
