Job summary

Groww in Bengaluru, a leading Indian fintech, is looking for a YouTube & Content Intern to manage and grow our YouTube presence and support multi-platform content.

You will publish videos, research topics, coordinate with editors and designers, optimize YouTube SEO, and create social content for YouTube, Instagram, and Medium.

Ideal candidates are passionate about YouTube, digital media, and content performance, with strong communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day YouTube channel operations, including publishing and content scheduling.
• Research guests and topics for upcoming episodes.
• Coordinate with editors and designers on video edits, thumbnails, and post-production.
• Review videos, share edit notes, and identify highlights and timestamps for Shorts/clips.
• Manage YouTube SEO and optimize content based on performance.
• Create supporting carousel and social media content.
• Publish content across YouTube, Instagram, and Medium.
