Job summary

Wishtreetech is seeking an experienced Xactly Incent specialist to configure and maintain compensation plans, hierarchies, quotas, and crediting rules. You will support data mapping, testing, and production releases while collaborating with sales ops, payroll, and finance teams.

The role requires strong Excel and SQL skills, English communication with US stakeholders, and experience with implementation or BAU support. Preference for Xactly certification.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Xactly Incent experience required (4–5 years).
• Configuring plans, crediting, formulas, rate tables, quotas and hierarchies.
• Experience with sales compensation: commissions, payouts and attainment.
• Support Xactly implementation, migration, or BAU activities.
• Strong UAT, testing, defect-resolution and production-support experience.
• Advanced Excel; SQL and data analysis skills preferred.
• Excellent English communication with US stakeholders.
• Xactly Incent certification preferred.

• Set up participants, positions, hierarchies, roles, quotas, and territories.
• Configure crediting rules, credit definitions, formulas, rate tables, tiers, and plan components.
• Support data mapping, inbound files/integrations, validation, and reconciliation.
• Create configuration workbooks and maintain functional/technical documentation.
• Develop test scenarios, support UAT, validate payout results, and resolve defects.
• Support production releases, compensation cycles, adjustments, and user queries.
• Work with business stakeholders, sales operations, payroll, finance, and technical teams as required.

Mandatory skills

• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on Xactly Incent experience .
• Strong Xactly configuration experience across plans, crediting, formulas, rate tables, quotas, hierarchies, and calculations.
• Experience with sales-compensation processes: commissions, payouts, credits, attainment, adjustments, and reconciliation.
• Experience supporting Xactly implementation, enhancement, migration, or BAU support engagements.
• Strong UAT, testing, defect-resolution, and production-support experience.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL and data-analysis skills are preferred.
• Good spoken and written English with ability to work directly with US-based stakeholders.
• Xactly Incent certification is preferred, but practical implementation experience is more important.
