Role & responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machine shop equipment.
• Train a minimum of four machine operators in machine operation and maintenance.
• Explain machine operating procedures and safe working practices.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Guide operators in machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper machine maintenance and workplace safety.
• Monitor operator performance and support skill development.

1. Heavy Plano-Milling Machine Complete with electricals.
2. Extra Heavy-Duty Lathe Machine Planer-type CNC lathe with CNC controller.
3. 100-Tonne Hydraulic Press Power can be operated manually or by motor.
4. Universal-Type Radial Drilling Machine V-belt-driven, with auto-feed and auto-lift.
5. Vertical Hydraulic Surface Grinder – Machine operation and maintenance.
6. Cylindrical Grinding Machine – Complete with standard accessories.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with relevant experience in machine shop operations and maintenance.
• Experience training and supervising machine operators.
• Strong practical knowledge of the machines listed above.
• Ability to train and guide a minimum of four operators.
• Good communication and technical problem-solving skills.
