Job summary

Abelha in India is seeking an on-site production operator to operate and monitor production machines, load materials, and ensure quality. The role requires following procedures, maintaining records, and adhering to safety guidelines in a tightly coordinated team setting.

The ideal candidate holds an ITI (Mechanical/Mechatronics preferred) with basic manufacturing knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Accommodation options may be available for the right candidate.

• Operate production machines according to established procedures

• Load materials and handle finished products during the production process
• Perform basic machine inspections and routine cleaning
• Ensure products meet quality requirements and specifications
• Maintain production records and complete necessary documentation
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and company policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI qualification from a recognized institute (Mechanical or Mechatronics preferred); 10th / 12th alone is not eligible
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or machine operations
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Power tools or factory experience is an advantage; previous experience is not required
