• Hire, train, and mentor supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and health protocols.
• Monitor spare parts and materials to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Resolve escalated client complaints and improve satisfaction.

Job description

• Staff Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor supervisors, technicians, and support staff to build a high-performance culture.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce workplace safety regulations, health protocols, and statutory compliance standards.
• Inventory Control: Monitor spare parts, tools, and material supplies to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Customer Relations: Resolve escalated client complaints and improve retention and satisfaction scores.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
