Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in real estate and facilities management.
• Experience in an enterprise environment, managing executive stakeholder relationships and leading vendor teams.
• Experience in leadership overseeing campus portfolios and multi-million dollar operational budgets.
• Experience in workplace transformation strategy across a campus portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end building operations, property management, and maintenance for complex facilities across the Bengaluru portfolio.
• Understand Google's culture while tracking global workplace trends and smart-building tech.
• Bring AI/ML tools into daily workflows to optimize campus infrastructure operations.
• Oversee vendor agreements, SLAs, and service delivery across Bengaluru campus facilities.

• Oversee vendor agreements, operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and service delivery across Bengaluru campus facilities.
