Workplace Services Manager, REWS

Minimum qualifications: 15 years of experience in real estate and facilities management. Experience in an enterprise environment, managing executive stakeholder relationships and leading vendor teams. Experience in leadership overseeing campus portfolios and multi-million dollar operational budgets. Experience in workplace transformation strategy and execution across a campus portfolio.

Preferred qualifications

Proven track record of driving operational efficiency through the strategic adoption of AI/ML tools, smart building technologies, and automated workflow solutions.
