Google Bengaluru seeks a Real Estate Portfolio Executive to manage end-to-end real estate holdings across India and beyond. You will drive cost-effective, strategic solutions through acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, transactions and property management to optimize portfolio value.

The RES - MoW team, manages the end-to-end lifecycle of Google’s Core and Non-Core real estate holdings across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and India .
In this role, your primary goal is to provide cost-effective and flexible real estate solutions to Google and Alphabet. They execute a full range of real estate strategies including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, transactions, and property management to optimize portfolio performance and create value.
The team partners with regional leaders to develop and deliver customized supply-side strategies. They act with agility and speed to ensure Google’s real estate portfolio is effectively optimized, aligning with business objectives, financial targets, and long-term goal.
The RES - MoW team functions as an integral pillar within the broader Global Real Estate (GRE) organization. Their work ensures seamless integration of GRE actions with strategic portfolio plans and Non-Core exit strategies. The GRE organization's overarching function is to coordinate these supply-side strategies and execute real estate solutions across the company’s global operations.
