People XM is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Solutions Executive to support workforce planning, staffing coordination, employee allocation, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has freshers to 2 years of experience, a degree in HR or business, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent communication for coordinating with clients and internal teams on
