Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Time Tracking business processes.
• Configure time entry codes, work schedules, leave plans, accruals, and absence rules.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to resolve functional issues.
• Perform impact analysis for Workday releases and implement changes.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
• Create reports and dashboards related to time tracking and workforce management.
• Provide post-production support and troubleshooting.
