Job summary

EZE Cloud Consulting in India is seeking a Workday Absence & Time Tracking Functional Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Absence Management solutions. You will contribute across the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support, collaborating with clients to deliver effective Workday solutions.

Active Workday certification is preferred, with strong SME expertise and excellent

• Active Workday certification is preferred.
• Strong SME in Absence & Time Tracking.
• Hands-on experience in the deployment process.
• Strong presentation, communication, listening, and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions.
• Staying up to date with the latest Workday releases, best practices, and industry trends.
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of Global HR operations.
• Demonstrated communication skills in a customer facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, configuration, deployment, and ongoing support for Workday Absence & Time Tracking.
• Contribute throughout the project lifecycle from design to production support.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver effective Workday solutions.
• Keep clients up to date with Workday releases, best practices, and industry trends.
