Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a seasoned Workday Consultant for a Gurugram, India assignment on a 3-month contract to hire. The candidate should bring strong Workday HCM expertise and some technical skills, including reports and calculated fields, to support upcoming initiatives. You will configure, test, deploy Workday solutions, and administer security. You will also develop user guides and training materials to help teams adopt the new processes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years hands-on experience as a Workday HCM functional/technical consultant or contractor.
• Strong Workday HCM expertise with Time Tracking, Absence, and Leave.
• Experience with calculated field modifications, reporting, and configuration changes.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules including Time Tracking, Absence Management, Core HCM, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Modify calculated fields, reports, condition rules, and absence plans as needed to support project requirements.
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions to meet business needs.
• Administer and maintain Workday security, including security group updates and access controls.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Location: Gurugram, India

$24.14/hr USD | No C2C

Our client, a leading SaaS company, is seeking a Workday Consultant.

• The person should be seasoned and well familiar with Workday functional and some technical ( reports, Calc fields, etc) which are needed the next few months.
• The person should be highly experienced and have strong functional knowledge of Workday, along with some technical expertise (reports, calculated fields, etc.), to support upcoming initiatives over the next few months.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules, including Time Tracking, Absence Management, Core HCM, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Modify calculated fields, reports, condition rules, and absence plans as needed to support project requirements.
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Administer and maintain Workday security, including security group updates, access controls for various employee populations, and user notification configurations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Your Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Workday HCM functional and technical consultant or contractor.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Workday HCM, with specific expertise in Time Tracking, Absence, and Leave.
• Must be familiar with calculated field modifications, reporting, and functional configuration changes.
• Proven ability to act as a self-starter, working independently to manage tasks and quickly adapt in fast-paced project environments.
• Experience in a support team environment, with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
• Proven ability to manage complex issues independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Strong experience in reporting, troubleshooting, and supporting production operations in Workday.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform accurate validation under tight deadlines.
