Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Time Tracking and Absence Management in an analyst, configurator, or technical lead role.
• Minimum two full lifecycle implementations of Time and/or Absence (design go-live).
• Strong understanding of Payroll concepts, time entry logic, accrual rules, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Workday API/web services.
• Familiarity with domain components: configuration, BP, security, integrations, reporting.
• Experience using PMM (waterfall) or similar structured project methodologies.
• Experience integrating Workday with local payroll systems.
• Experience providing mentorship or functional coaching to junior analysts.
