Job summary

This full-time role covers configuration, integrations, reporting, and payroll considerations within Workday. You will lead end-to-end lifecycle implementations, mentor junior analysts, and ensure payroll accuracy while aligning with corporate standards and project methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Time Tracking and/or Absence Management in analyst/configurator/lead roles.
• Minimum two full lifecycle implementations of Time and/or Absence (design → go-live).
• Strong understanding of Payroll concepts, time entry logic, accrual rules, compliance requirements.
• Experience with Workday API/web services.
• Familiarity with configuration, BP, security, integrations, reporting in Workday.
• Experience using PMM (waterfall) or similar methodologies.
• Experience integrating Workday with local payroll systems.
• Mentorship or functional coaching to junior analysts.
