Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Workday Technical Consultant to lead the design, development and implementation of Workday Technical solutions in Bengaluru. You will design and develop Workday Integrations and reporting to meet business needs, configure and maintain EIB, CC, Workday Studio, dashboards and BIRT reports.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading the design, development and implementation of Workday Technical solutions.
• Experience in designing and developing Workday Integrations and reporting to meet business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, CC, BIRT reports and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Solution design and release management for Workday projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Plan configuration activities, conduct pilots, and support solution design queries.
• Conduct demonstrations and POC/workshops to align with customer budgets and guidelines.

Workday Technical Consultant

• 5+ years of experience in leading the design, development and implementation of Workday Technical
• Design and develop Workday Integrations and reporting solutions to meet business requirements
• Configure and maintain Workday Integrations, EIB, CC, Workday Studio, dashboards, and BIRT reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Integrations and Workday Studio functionality
• Good experience in Workday integration, Workday report development, testing and validation
• Leads and manages the Technical Solution process/ design, release management
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics
• Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
