Job summary

Infosys consulting team seeks a seasoned Workday integration expert to diagnose client issues and design innovative solutions. You will own parts of proposals, configure products per design, and guide deployment to ensure client delight.

You will demonstrate Workday capabilities, conduct POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with budgets and guidelines. Leadership of small projects and collaboration across teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Workday integration/implementation experience (Functional or Technical).
• Strong Workday technical skills in Web services/APIs.
• Experience with Calculated fields in integrations and data migrations.
• Hands-on with Workday Integration technologies (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PI/COF).
• Knowledge of at least 2 Workday modules (Core HCM/Payroll interface/CompBen/Recruitment).
• Experience working with Workday Business objects/Data sources and creating Reports/Dashboards.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

A day in the life of an InfoscionAs part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution designYou will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizations financial guidelines Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. Technical and Professional Requirements

Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of workday integration/implementation experience (Functional or Technical)Should have excellent and proven Workday technical skills like Web services/ APIsShould have extensive working experience on Calculated fields in integrations, data migrationsShould have excellent hands-on experience on various Workday Integration technologies like (Studio, EIB, Core connectors, PECI/PICOF), minimum 2-3 years exclusive workday experience is requiredShould have functional knowledge on at least 2 Workday modules (Core HCM/Payroll interface/CompBen/Recruitment etc)Should have hands on experience of working with Workday Business objects/ Data sourcesShould have experience in creating Workday Reports / Dashboard
