Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Workday security expert in Hyderabad to align security with business needs across HCM, Payroll, and Finance. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in a regulated environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to coordinate with multiple business units and technical teams.

The candidate will participate in proposal design, configuration planning, and solution demonstrations, contributing to client delight and digital transformation

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer issues and design innovative solutions within the Infosys consulting team.
• Develop parts of the proposal and inputs for solution design based on expertise.
• Plan configuration activities, configure the product per design, and support issue resolution.
• Lead small projects and contribute to initiatives delivering high quality value for clients.
• Contribute to solution demonstrations, POC workshops, and effort estimation aligned with budgets.
• Develop value-creating strategies and models to help clients innovate and grow.

• Broader understanding of Workday functional areas (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Finance) to better align security with business needs.
• Prior experience in a regulated or financial services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement best practices in security management
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes for assigned functional area.
• Familiarity with compliance and audit processes, preferably within a financial institution.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple business units and technical teams.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
