Job summary

Infosys Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Workday Integration Specialist to design and deliver complex Workday integrations. You will work with Workday Studio, EIB, and DT to connect systems, build robust interfaces, and ensure data integrity across platforms.

You will own parts of the solution design, plan configuration activities, and assist in resolving requirements and solution questions. Strong collaboration across technical and non-technical teams is essential to drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience building Workday integrations and delivering technology solutions.
• Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, DT, Workday APIs, Report Writer and Calculated Fields, Connectors.
• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as XSLT, XML, REST, and SOAP web services
• Solid understanding of integration architecture and data transformation concepts
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• As part of Infosys consulting team, diagnose customer issues and design innovative solutions for deployment and client delight.
• Develop proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and contributing in solution design.
• Plan configuration activities and configure products per design; conduct pilots and resolve requirements queries.
• Prepare effort estimates for solutions that align with customer budgets and organizational guidelines.
• Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with high-quality value-adds.
• Develop value-creating strategies to help clients innovate, grow, and improve profitability.
• Demonstrate knowledge of software configuration management systems and industry trends.
• Collaborate across teams to understand financial processes and pricing models for projects.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value adding solutions to customers.
