Job summary

Infosys Limited in India seeks a Workday Integration Developer to design and deliver Workday integrations across client initiatives. You will build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, DT and APIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, estimate efforts, and drive solution design from concept to deployment.

The role requires 5+ years of experience and a strong understanding of integration architecture, data transformation, and stakeholder communication to enable successful digital

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building Workday integrations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer issues and design innovative solutions for deployment.

• Plan configuration activities and conduct POC/workshops.
• Prepare effort estimates aligned to budget and guidelines.
• Lead small projects and contribute to unit and organizational initiatives.
• Facilitate client delight through effective delivery.

Responsibilities

• A day in the life of an Infoscion
• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value adding solutions to customers.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience building Workday integrations and delivering technology solutions.
• Strong experience with: Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Document Transformation (DT), Workday APIs, Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields, Workday Connectors.
• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as XSLT, XML, REST, and SOAP web services
• Solid understanding of integration architecture and data transformation concepts
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
