Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in leading the design, development and implementation of Workday HCM.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies including EIB, Advanced Report Writer.
• Good knowledge of software configuration management systems.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Infoscion: As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment. You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc., and build POCs. You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements. You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives. You will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers. Technical and Professional Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in leading the design, development and implementation of Workday HCM (Technical/Functional)
• Design and develop Workday Integrations and reporting solutions to meet business requirements
• Configure and maintain Workday Integrations, EIB, CC, Workday Studio, dashboards, and BIRT reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Integrations and Workday Studio functionality
• Good experience in Workday integration, Workday report development, testing and validation
• Leads and manages the Technical Solution process / design, release management
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting data analytics
