Job summary

EY in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Workday Talent & Performance Consultant to implement and support Workday Talent Management and Performance modules. You will configure goals, templates, performance reviews, and continuous feedback, while collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with end-to-end Workday projects, strong security and reporting knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of overall experience with strong Workday Talent & Performance expertise.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation.
• Hands-on experience configuring Talent and Performance processes.
• Strong understanding of Business Processes, Security, Eligibility Rules, and Reporting dependencies.
• Experience in testing, deployment, release management, and post-production support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Workday Talent Management and Performance modules configuration.
• Workday Performance Management configuration and optimization.
• Configure goals and goal templates.
• Conduct performance reviews and continuous feedback.
• Lead talent reviews and calibration sessions.
• Support succession planning and career development.
• Configure business processes, security, and approvals.
• Manage UAT, regression testing, and release activities.
• Provide production support and stakeholder liaison.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth delivery.
