Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect in Pune to lead end-to-end Workday design across HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, and compensation modules. You will own architecture governance, security, reporting, integrations, and data migration, coordinating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Workday/Enterprise HCM experience, at least two full Workday implementations, and holds Workday certifications where possible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday/Enterprise HCM experience.
• Minimum 2 full Workday implementation lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of Workday architecture, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Workday certifications preferred.
