You will shape scalable Workday solutions, drive transformation programs, and lead cross-functional teams across global accounts, while partnering with clients and internal teams to win deals and build offerings.

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Workday Solutions Architect with 1518 years of enterprise consulting/ERP experience, including 8+ years of Workday experience.

The role will lead Workday solution architecture, delivery, presales, transformation, AMS, innovation, and practice growth. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead complex Workday engagements, shape strategic deals, and build scalable solutions and offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and delivery for large-scale Workday implementation, transformation, optimization, and AMS engagements.
• Drive presales and business development, including opportunity qualification, solution design, estimation, proposals, client presentations, and deal shaping.
• Act as a trusted advisor for HR and Finance transformation initiatives.
• Provide governance and leadership across multiple Workday programs and client accounts.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Alliances, Consulting, and Delivery teams to drive business growth.
• Develop new Workday solutions, accelerators, assets, and industry offerings.
• Contribute to practice building through capability development, mentoring, strategic initiatives, and thought leadership.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and drive successful customer outcomes.

Required Experience

• 1518 years of enterprise consulting / ERP experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of Workday experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Workday programs.
• Strong combination of Workday delivery leadership and presales/business development experience.
• Experience managing multiple clients, programs, and distributed teams.
• Strong exposure to practice building, capability development, and growth initiatives.
