Job summary

Alike Thoughts in Pune seeks an experienced Workday Technical Consultant with expertise in Workday Payroll, Integrations, or Extend to support implementation, development, customization, and enhancement of Workday solutions.

You will design and configure technical components, build and maintain integrations with external systems, and collaborate with functional teams to meet business requirements while ensuring quality testing and production support.

Qualifications

• Experience in at least one of the following: Workday Payroll, Integrations, or Extend.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM and business processes.
• Experience in testing, debugging, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Technical Consultant with expertise in Workday Payroll, Integrations, or Extend to support implementation, development, customization, and enhancement of Workday solutions.

Mandatory Skills (Any One)

• Workday Payroll: Payroll configuration, payroll processing, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Workday Integrations: EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Workday Extend: Workday Extend application development, business process integration, APIs, and custom application development.

Key Responsibilities
