Job summary

Placement Baba is seeking a Workday Tester with 3-6 years of experience in integration testing. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of TOSCA, Selenium, and manual testing, and will validate existing Workday integrations in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities include liaising with developers and QA teams, mentoring juniors, and improving processes for delivering Workday solutions. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Workday testing, particularly integration testing.
• Knowledge of TOSCA (preferred), Selenium, manual testing, JIRA.
• Experience in Workday modules like Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with developers, QA, and Product owners.
• Liaison with global business, support, and development teams.
• Mentor Juniors and resolve issues.
• Validate existing Workday integrations and enhancements.
• Automate test cases using Selenium.
• Complete tasks efficiently and report progress to managers.
