UPS is seeking a Workday Production Support specialist to maintain system stability, resolve incidents, and support HR processes across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and more, including integrations and data interfaces.

The role involves collaboration with HR, Payroll, and business teams, active participation in releases, and strong stakeholder communication to ensure smooth HR operations globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Production Support experience.
• Experience with Workday Integrations, EIB, Studio, Orchestration Experience supporting global HR systems and release management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA targets.
• Develop and support integrations, EIBs, and data interfaces.
• Develop reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and perform data validation activities.
• Support business process configurations, security setup, and organizational changes.
• Provide production support for Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Security, and Reporting.
• Participate in release testing, UAT, deployments, and change management activities.
• Manage tickets and enhancements through ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and business teams to deliver solutions.

Job Summary

Support and maintain Workday HCM, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, configuration support, reporting, security administration, integrations, and stakeholder support across HR processes.
