Shift: Rotational Shift (Includes Morning, Afternoon and Evening Shifts)

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoots and resolves production support issues, and escalate them timely with Engineering and respective support teams as needed.
Provide first line of support (functional and integration) for all production issues and enhancements covering all aspects of the Workday integrations.
Collaborate effectively with functional stakeholders and the development teams to understand the issues and gaps in the system.
Focus on automating manual processes to improve operational efficiency.
Proactively identify, analyze, and alert the project team of the potential risks and steps to mitigate the same.
Develop and maintain necessary training materials and provide support services.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in analyzing large sets of data and ensuring that data integrity is maintained across systems and hands-on experience in delivering production support/application support services for the Workday HCM system.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting Workday integrations using one or more of the following technologies: EIB, Workday Studio, Workday Core Connector, Payroll, Web Services, etc.
Experience on RESTFUL, SOAP Web Services is needed.
Good understanding of Workday Security model.
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve data and integration issues.
Effective communication skills (Verbal, non-verbal and written) to liaise with Stakeholders.
Flexible and be able to embrace change effectively.
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to learn new systems and processes.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
