Job summary

UPS in Chennai, India is seeking a Workday Production Support professional to maintain and troubleshoot the Workday HCM suite, manage integrations, and support HR processes across regions.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruiting and IT teams to resolve incidents, perform releases and testing, and use ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps to track work, document solutions, and communicate with stakeholders across global locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Production Support experience.
• Experience with Workday Integrations, EIB, Studio, Orchestration.
• Experience supporting global HR systems and release management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incidents and requests within SLA targets.
• Develop and support integrations, EIBs, and data interfaces.
• Develop reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and perform data validation activities.
• Support business process configurations, security setup, and organizational changes.
• Provide production support for Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Security, and Reporting.
• Participate in release testing, UAT, deployments, and change management activities.
• Manage tickets and enhancements through ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and business teams to deliver solutions.

Job Summary

Support and maintain Workday HCM, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, configuration support, reporting, security administration, integrations, and stakeholder support across HR processes.
