Job summary

PwC is seeking a Workday Prism Consultant/Analytics to work across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and Gurugram with a hybrid work model. The role requires a mandatory Workday certification and 4–10 years of Experience in Workday Prism Analytics and related modules.

You will develop reports, perform patch testing, support integrations, and create specifications while coordinating with stakeholders across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• Must have Workday certification (Mandatory).
• Experience in Workday Prism Analytics preferred.
• Ability to support multiple client engagements in AMS mode.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Develops weekly hours burn report and monthly support review deck.
• Performs manual quarterly/monthly patch testing (Functional stream).
• Performs automated quarterly patch testing (Technical stream).
• Assists in testing automation and in system reports/integrations development.
• Prepares Functional/Technical specs and assists transitions onboarding new engagements.
• Provides administrative support to team members, including status reports and client-facing documentation/presentations.
• Delivers Workday Prism Analytics solutions for Workday customers; collaborates in pods/teams.

• Role: Workday Prism Consultant/Analytics
• Experience: 4 to 10 years
• Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune/Gurugram
• Mode of work: Hybrid
• Certification: Workday certification (Mandatory)

Preferred Knowledge/Skills *:

Demonstrates some level of abilities and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member as follows:

• Develops weekly hours burn report and monthly support review deck;
• Performs manual quarterly/monthly patch testing (Functional stream);
• Performs automated quarterly patch testing (Technical stream);
• Assists in testing automation;
• Assists in system reports/integrations development in enhancement pipeline;
• Prepares Functional/Technical specs;
• Assists Transition Manager in onboarding new engagements;
• Provides administrative support to team members, including status reports and client-facing documentation/presentations;
• Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise;
• Meets with stakeholders to confirm a thorough set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining complete understanding of current and future state business processes;
• Demonstrates experience in use of Workday in a support/AMS environment;
• Is responsible for fixes and enhancements to the application to achieve the customers business requirements;
• Works together in pods or client-aligned teams to deliver for multiple clients
• Uses standard methodologies and tools;
• Proactively monitor systems for performance and issues and perform root cause analysis of production and non-production systems;
• Works and delivers against engagement SLAs and KPIs;
• Active Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics Certification;
• Hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying Prism Analytics solutions for Workday Customers;
• Workday Integration experience and ability to work on multiple projects;
• Experience with Workday Integration technologies such as EIB, Cloud connectors, Core connectors, DT, Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL), Advanced reports, XML, XSLT;
• Well versed with Business Processes, Security Group configurations, Calculated Fields;
• Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements;
• Good project & time management skills - ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines;
• Good to have experience on advance reports and other Workday certifications;
• Knowledge of Workday Studio, BIRT, Payroll (PECI/PICOF) and various middleware Integrations, Connectors, Matrix, Composite reports, etc.;
• Knowledge of Workday security framework, custom fields and custom reports;
• Integration experience in either of Human Resources, Payroll or Financials Management; and;,
• Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration
