• Design, develop, and optimize dashboards and reports using Workday Prism and Workday Report Writer.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable, data‑driven reporting solutions.
• Utilize external BI tools to support advanced data visualization and modeling use cases.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to define and maintain key performance metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
• Promote self‑service analytics by training end‑users and enabling access to insights.
