PwC invites applications for a Workday Adaptive Prism specialist. The role spans functional and technical workstreams with responsibilities from reporting to integration development. The candidate will support multiple client engagements from HYD/BLR/CHE/PUNE/Noida, with a 2 PM-11 PM work window and immediate to 60 days notice.

Responsabilités

• Develops weekly hours burn report and monthly support review deck.
• Performs manual quarterly/monthly patch testing (Functional stream).
• Performs automated quarterly patch testing (Technical stream).
• Assists in testing automation;
• Assists in system reports/integrations development in enhancement pipeline.
• Prepares Functional/Technical specs;
• Supports Transition Manager in onboarding new engagements.
• Provides administrative support including status reports and client-facing documentation.
• Offers functional/technical expertise and aligns requirements with business objectives.
• Engages with stakeholders to understand current and future state processes.
• Demonstrates experience in Workday in a support/AMS environment.
• Fixes and enhances Workday to meet customer requirements;
• Collaborates in pods/teams to deliver for multiple clients.
• Uses standard methodologies and tools;
• Monitors system performance and performs root cause analysis.

Position: Workday Adaptive Prism

Experience Required: 4-10 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days
Locations: HYD/BLR/CHE/PUNE/Noida

Working hours: 2PM - 11PM

Workday Certification mandatory

• Develops weekly hours burn report and monthly support review deck;
• Performs manual quarterly/monthly patch testing (Functional stream);
• Performs automated quarterly patch testing (Technical stream);
• Assists in testing automation;
• Assists in system reports/integrations development in enhancement pipeline;
• Prepares Functional/Technical specs;
• Assists Transition Manager in onboarding new engagements;
• Provides administrative support to team members, including status reports and client-facing documentation/presentations;
• Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise;
• Meets with stakeholders to confirm a thorough set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining complete understanding of current and future state business processes;
• Demonstrates experience in use of Workday in a support/AMS environment;
• Is responsible for fixes and enhancements to the application to achieve the customers business requirements;
• Works together in pods or client-aligned teams to deliver for multiple clients
• Uses standard methodologies and tools;
• Proactively monitor systems for performance and issues and perform root cause analysis of production and non-production systems;
• Works and delivers against engagement SLAs and KPIs;
• Active Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics Certification;
• Hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying Prism Analytics solutions for Workday Customers;
• Workday Integration experience and ability to work on multiple projects;
• Experience with Workday Integration technologies such as EIB, Cloud connectors, Core connectors, DT, Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL), Advanced reports, XML, XSLT;
• Well versed with Business Processes, Security Group configurations, Calculated Fields;
• Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements;
• Good project & time management skills - ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines;
• Good to have experience on advance reports and other Workday certifications;
• Knowledge of Workday Studio, BIRT, Payroll (PECI/PICOF) and various middleware Integrations, Connectors, Matrix, Composite reports, etc.;
• Knowledge of Workday security framework, custom fields and custom reports;
• Integration experience in either of Human Resources, Payroll or Financials Management; and;,
• Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
