Qualifications

• 7–9 years of Workday experience with Prism/Reporting.
• Hands-on with Workday Prism Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of HR data and Core Workday HCM.
• Experience with data integration, transformation and validation.

Responsibilities

• Understand business and user reporting requirements and translate them into Workday Prism Analytics and Reporting solutions.
• Design, develop and optimize reports, dashboards and data visualizations.
• Create, configure and maintain Workday Prism objects.
• Work with ETL developers and application analysts to identify and integrate source data systems.
• Perform HR data transformation and develop analytics solutions based on business requirements.
• Propose effective reporting and analytics solutions based on data availability.
• Troubleshoot Prism, data and reporting issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Build prototypes and sample reports/dashboards for stakeholder validation.
• Act as a Workday Prism SME for development, production support and analytics issues.
• Support security configuration and access management for Prism and reporting objects.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across reporting solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Experience

• Experience with data integration, transformation and validation.
• Good understanding of Workday security and access management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
