Job summary

• Coordinating tasks in Workday HCM and Accounting Prism implementations and tracking deliverables.
• Developing data models, calculated fields, and report outputs to support workforce and finance reporting needs.
• Interpreting client data to identify trends, control gaps, and process improvements in HR and accounting operations.
• Validating solution design against business requirements and standards.
• Preparing testing scenarios, reviewing results, and documenting defects and remediation steps.
• Providing client support during deployment, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Guiding junior team members on Workday configuration and deliverable preparation.
• Building client relationships through responsive communication and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing Workday Accounting Prism requirements and translating client needs into configured reporting and accounting solutions
• Supporting implementation workstreams across Workday HCM and Accounting Prism by coordinating tasks, tracking deliverables, and managing issue follow-up
• Developing and refining data models, calculated fields, and report outputs to support workforce and finance reporting needs
• Interpreting client data to identify trends, control gaps, and process improvements across human capital and accounting operations
• Validating solution design against business requirements, functional specifications, and established application standards
• Preparing testing scenarios, reviewing results, and documenting defects, dependencies, and remediation steps
• Providing client support during deployment activities, knowledge transfer sessions, and post-go-live stabilization
• Guiding junior team members on Workday configuration, problem solving approaches, and deliverable preparation
• Building client relationships through responsive communication, issue resolution, and anticipation of evolving project needs

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
