In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial/HR data and actionable business intelligence by bringing external data into Workday Prism, blending it with Workday foundational data, and delivering high-impact pipelines and reports.### Key Responsibilities* **Data Architecture & Pipeline Development:** \* Design and build robust data ingestion pipelines from external sources (e.g., Salesforce, legacy ERPs, data warehouses) into Workday Prism. + Perform complex data transformation, blending, and modeling using Prism Functions, Joins, and Groupings.* **Report & Dashboard Authoring:** \* Create advanced reports, Discovery Boards, and operational dashboards utilizing Prism Data Sources (PDS). + Ensure seamless integration of Prism data into standard Workday components, including Matrix reports and Composite reports.* **Client Consultation & Requirement Gathering:** \* Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders (Finance, HR, IT) to translate complex data requirements into scalable technical designs. + Provide expert guidance on data governance, security scoping, and Prism best practices.* **Security & Optimization:** \* Implement and manage Workday Prism security frameworks, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy regulations and role-based access control (RBAC). + Optimize pipeline performance and troubleshoot data sync or publication errors.### Required Skills & Experience* **Certification (Mandatory):** Must possess an active **Workday Prism Analytics** certification. *Applications without this certification will not be considered.** **Workday Expertise:** 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience implementing and configuring **Workday Prism Analytics**.
