Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex Workday payroll reports to meet finance, HR, and legal audit requirements.
• Collaborate with global payroll teams to translate business needs into Workday reporting logic.
• Automate recurring payroll deliverables such as filings, salary slips, and tax summaries.
• Validate data integrity across payroll, compensation, and time-tracking modules.
• Partner with IT and finance to integrate Workday payroll data into external BI platforms for dashboards and forecasting.
• Document reporting workflows and train HR operations teams; maintain version-controlled report libraries.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex Workday payroll reports using Advanced Report Designer, EIBs, and calculated fields to meet finance, HR, and legal audit requirements.
• Collaborate with global payroll teams to translate business needs into actionable Workday reporting logic, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
• Automate recurring payroll deliverables (e.g., statutory filings, salary slips, tax summaries) using Workday Report Studio and EIBs to reduce manual effort by 40%+.
• Validate data integrity across payroll, compensation, and time‑tracking modules; troubleshoot discrepancies and implement corrective dashboards.
• Partner with IT and finance to integrate Workday payroll data into external BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for executive dashboards and forecasting models.
• Document reporting workflows, train HR operations teams, and maintain version‑controlled report libraries aligned with Workday release cycles.
